James Johnson is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in sales, management, and business development. He has a proven track record of driving results, developing talent, and implementing successful marketing and sales strategies. His career spans various industries, from vacation ownership sales to IT services, showcasing his adaptability and expertise in managing teams, fostering growth, and navigating complex business environments.

James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, where he developed skills in quality control, process efficiency, and problem-solving. He also earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Russian and Intelligence Collection from the Community College of the Air Force, after completing an intensive 12-month language program as part of his military training.

James proudly served in the United States Air Force, stationed in the United Kingdom, where he honed his skills. After his military service, he transitioned into the corporate world, holding key leadership roles in companies such as Barr Laboratories (Teva), Hyperion Solutions (Oracle), Starwood Vacation Ownership (MVW) and Marriott Vacations Worldwide, where he consistently earned accolades for his performance and leadership.

Outside of his professional life, James lives in Orlando, Florida, with his wife, Karen, their Texas Healer, Cooper, and two rescue cats, Zeus and Lucky Louie. Together, they have three adult children and one grandchild. In his free time, James enjoys gardening, reading, movies, outdoor activities, and sports.
