Karen Johnson is the co-founder of Boost, with over 30 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and administrative solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from SUNY Oswego and specializes in streamlining sales, marketing, and business operations to deliver tailored solutions for small businesses and solo professionals.

Karen’s career includes 17 successful years at Marriott Vacation Club, where she excelled in lead generation, marketing, and contract administration. Transitioning into management, she developed expertise in project management, team leadership, and standard operating procedures. Inspired by Mr. Marriott’s “Spirit to Serve” philosophy, Karen’s leadership style is centered on empowering people to achieve success.

Motivated by a desire for greater flexibility and a deeper connection with clients, Karen co-founded Boost to help business owners enhance efficiency and focus on growth. She is proficient in platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and more, bringing a wealth of technical knowledge to her role.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Karen is passionate about supporting families, particularly those caring for seniors, and is dedicated to community service.

Karen lives in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, Jim, their Texas Heeler, Cooper, and two rescue cats. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family, including her three adult children and spouses, and one grandchild.
